Chutney is a condiment used in south Asian Cuisine that usually contains a mixture of spices and vegetables and/or fruits. I was craving to eat something very hot, so decided to make this chutney dip. I used 3 different kinds of chillies, jalapenos, red dry chillies and Thai chillies.
