Garlic bread are so flavorful and serves as a perfect appetizer or side dish. Its a hot favorite in my house, my older son is a big fan. Every time we stop for pizza he opts for garlic bread, so when I came across this recipe, had to try it. This recipe is very easy to make, and the step by step pictures helps you to recreate these amazing garlic rolls. Minced fresh garlic is key to these flavor-packed roll. Note : I have used cilantro, you could use any herd of your choice, basil, rosemary or parsley.

    Instructions

    1. In warm water mix yeast and set is aside for 10 minutes.
    2. Mix, flour salt, sugar and yeast mixture and knead until you get a smooth dough.
    3. Apply oil and allow to rise for 40-45 minutes. By this time it will be double its initial size.
    4. Make the garic spread. Whisk, garlic, cilantro and butter together.
    5. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
    6. Roll out the dough into a half inch thick, rectangular shape. Apply the tablespoon of garlic spread. Repeat the process with the other half of the dough too.
    7. Grease a baking pan or loaf tin with butter.Roll it and cut it into two equal parts.
    8. Now place the rolls with the cut side up in the greased pan.
    9. Apply the balance garlic spread on top and apply milk.Sprinkle sesame seeds. Cover it with wet paper towel and let it sit for 20 mins.
    10. Preheat the oven at 360 F and bake the rolls for 20 - 25 minutes.

    1. I have seen a lot of recipes for garlic bread and rolls, however this one looks like it is packed with more flavor than the others. Love the idea of filling and swirling! Also, these do look exceptionally buttery. Saving this recipe-looks like a winner!
