• 1 Large onion Chopped
• 1 tablespoon ginger paste
• 1 tablespoon garlic minced
• 1 Medium Sized Tomato Choppped
• 2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
• 1 teaspoon Tumeric (for marinade)
• 2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder adjust to your taste
• 2 teaspoon coriander Powder
• 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
• 3 bay leaves
• 2 tablespoon Oil
• Cilantro chopped
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for marinade)
• 2 tablespoon Yogurt (for marinade)
• Salt As per taste
• 3 cinnamon sticks
• 1 bell pepper (shimla mirch) chopped
• 2 teaspoon ground Black pepper
