Chutney refers to a wide-ranging family of condiments from India. There are many varieties of chutney. Cilantro tomatillo chutney is a tangy and spicy paste/puree made from cilantro (hara dhania), tomatillo and green chillies.

They also vary in textures depending upon the ingredients used and their preparation. Cilantro tomatillo chutney is really delicious and flavorful plus it’s healthy, all ingredients are fresh.

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the Cilantro / coriander leaves thoroughly.
  2. Chop Tomatillos and chillies and add all the ingredients in a blender and grind. Add salt and chutney is ready. Enjoy !!
