Grilled Veggie Sandwich (Indian style).

 

Grilled veggie sandwich is one of my favorite recipe, all my friends who have tried have liked it too.

Ingredients

  • 4 Slice of Bread (your choice)
  • 1 cucumber(chopped)
  • 1/2 tomato (chopped)
  • Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cilantro chutney (dhania)
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed Black  pepper (kalimirch)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Cooking Direction

In a pan put 1/2 teaspoon oil and add onions and cucumber and sauté it for 1-2 minutes, (just to away the raw taste)

 

In a bowl take 2 tbs cream cheese ( you can choose any kind i use the regular one) add all the chopped veggies, chilies, chutney, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper and mix it well.

 

Spread the mix on the slice of bread and top it with another, than sprinkle little oil both side and put in Griddle (sandwich maker or even on plat pan)  for 5 mins in medium.
