Chicken Shawarma Sandwich
Shawarma is a fast-food staple across the Middle East, Europe, and in some parts of Canada. I like to think of shawarmas as the “Arabian Taco,” because of their ubiquitous and inexpensive nature. Chicken Shawarma  sandwich are thinly cut meat stuffed inside  pita breads which were sliced open and served with tomatoes, cucumbers, hummus, tahini or garlic sauce.
