Quesadilla
Quesadilla is  healthy, yummy and easy to fix breakfast. You should definitely try it. Kids will love it.
Ingredients
- 4Â Corn Tortilla/ wheat tortillas
- 1 Cup Cheese (montery jack / mozarella/ pepper jack)
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
-  1 tbs pasta sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup cheese
Cooking Dorections
Place 2 tortillas on a large greased baking sheet or if have a griddler use that . Sprinkle , red pepper, green onion and cheese (of your choice). Top each with a tortilla. Place baking sheet on the center oven rack. Broil for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Cut into wedges and serve
Note : You can add chicken also to make it chicken quesadilla. Aslo you can add any left over veggies you might have, it comes out really good.
