Hot Chilli chutney
Chutney is a condiment used in south Asian Cuisine that usually contains a mixture of spices and vegetables and/or fruits. I was craving to eat something very hot, so decided to make this chutney dip. I used 3 different kinds of chillies, jalapenos, red dry chillies and Thai chillies. I served this chutney with oatmeal idli’s and it was amazing.
This chutney dip is very hot so if you are not used to this spice level add more brown sugar or use fewer chillies to tone it down. So this chutney is for all my friends who say spicy…bring it on.
