Coconut French Toast

Its spring break and both my sons every morning asks me what can we eat for breakfast mommy. And since both love french toast, we tried this recipe we had last summer, when we were vacationing in Scottsdale, Arizona

Coconut french toast are made with french bread(you can use regular bread too), coconut, milk, shredded coconut, nutmeg and sugar and a hint of paprika. When I make french toast, I usually use some sort of whole-grain bread and take it easy on the fat.
