Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Dry roast oatmeal in a pan.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan, add mustard seeds, and roast urad dal, chana dal and curry leaves.
  3. When the dry spices are done sauté onion, green chillies and ginger. When onion turns translucent, add all the vegetables and sauté for few minutes
  4. Add water to the vegetables and bring to a boil
  5. Add cumin, red chilli powder, salt and Oats and mix it well. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 15- 20 minutes’ sauté for few minutes
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro . Serve it hot. Enjoy
