Instructions
- Dry roast oatmeal in a pan.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan, add mustard seeds, and roast urad dal, chana dal and curry leaves.
- When the dry spices are done sauté onion, green chillies and ginger. When onion turns translucent, add all the vegetables and sauté for few minutes
- Add water to the vegetables and bring to a boil
- Add cumin, red chilli powder, salt and Oats and mix it well. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 15- 20 minutes’ sauté for few minutes
- Garnish with chopped cilantro . Serve it hot. Enjoy
