Fish Kababs

 

This is a delicious and very easy meal which is cooked in very little time. The salmon is wonderfully tender because of the steaming and it’s infused with the fabulous flavours of the Tikka Paste.

Instructions

  1. Cut the skinless Salmon Fillets into cubes and peppers in to inch size,set aside.
  2. For the marinade: Whisk the yogurt, cilantro, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and salt and pepper together until well blended.
  3. Marinade salmon in the yogurt mix and cover and refrigerate for 30 mins
  4. Thread the pieces of salmon and peppers onto the skewers, using 5 pieces of salmon for each, alternating them with peppers.
  5. Preheat the Grill. Oil the grill and place the skewers and cook. Turn the skewers to cook the fish evenly .
  6. Enjoy with Cilantro Dip
