Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt as per taste
- pinch ground Black pepper
- 500 gms Salmon Fillets
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon coriander Powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 bell pepper Cut in inch size pieces
Instructions
- Cut the skinless Salmon Fillets into cubes and peppers in to inch size,set aside.
- For the marinade: Whisk the yogurt, cilantro, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and salt and pepper together until well blended.
- Marinade salmon in the yogurt mix and cover and refrigerate for 30 mins
- Thread the pieces of salmon and peppers onto the skewers, using 5 pieces of salmon for each, alternating them with peppers.
- Preheat the Grill. Oil the grill and place the skewers and cook. Turn the skewers to cook the fish evenly .
- Enjoy with Cilantro Dip
