Onion Kulcha
Kulchas  are Indian flatbread similar to naan,  mostly served with spicy chickpeas (chole), tastes good with paneer and chicken curry’s too. Onion Kulchas reminds me of college days, in Delhi university campus two thing one can get 24/7 is onion kulcha and tea (chai). Kulcha is a very common street food in north India. Kulchas can be had any time of the day breakfast, lunch or dinner. While easy to make, kulcha is best cooked in oven and can be cooked on the oven top too.
