Gobhi Parantha (Cauliflower Flatbread)


Gobhi Parantha is one of the most popular indian stuffed parantha, you can never go wrong with this one. No matter how you make gobhi parantha it always comes out good.


  • 2 cups wheat flour

For stuffing:

  • 1 cup cauliflower grated
  • 2 green chillies chopped finely(adjust to your taste)
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 strands cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Amchur(dry mango powder/ substitute lemon juice)
  • Oil
  • Salt

Cooking Directions

Add water, salt to wheat flour. Make dough Keep Aside, Mix all the ingredients for stuffing.

Mix all the ingredients of the filling and keep aside.


Make a golf size ball with the dough and and put the filling in the middle.

Now fold the sides and press.

Dust the stuffed dough with dry flour and roll it gently .

Alternative, You could roll 2 breads and  and fill the stuffing in between.

Cook on a hot pan, slightly brugh the bread with oil on both sides.

Serve hot with yogurt/mint chutney/ lime pickle.
