Grilled Salmon
Today I bring to you grilled salmon. My younger son, Eshaan tried salmon in a restaurant and liked it, otherwise a picky eater. I tweaked  the recipe to his taste, flavor of roasted cumin and lemon was amazing, it came out just perfect. After trying this preparation he said,” mommy i like your salmon recipe better”…yea :). Trust me it is very difficult to please my 4 year old. Also wanted to share some of the health benefits of salmon.
Salmon is one of the natures’s healthiest and purest foods. It is high in protein yet low in calories and contains a unique type of health promoting fat, the omega- 3 essential fatty acids. Salmon is also an excellent source of digestible proteins (amino acids), Vitamin D, the B Vitamins, B12, Niacin and the trace mineral Selenium. It is also a good source of Zinc, Phosphorus, Calcium, Magnesium and Iron.

I really like the spice combination in this recipe-yum! We do eat a lot of salmon and I do like it best when it is just seasoned and grilled. A great piece of fish does not require a lot. Delicious post!
