This irresistible recipe is prepared with tender, boneless, all natural chicken, and baked according to authentic traditions with freshly-ground tandoori spices simmered in a savory cream and tomato sauce. You could use any left over grilled chicken for this recipe . In this recipe,I have used grilled chicken breast(cut in small pieces), cream, cashews , pureed tomatoes and spices.

  1. Cut the grilled chicken in pieces.
  2. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and saute onions, garlic and ginger for minutes. Puree the mix and keep aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil and cinnamon sticks let it splutter for a minute, then add pureed onion- garlic paste. Then add tomato- cashew puree and dry spices and mix well.
  4. When the oil starts to separate from the spices add cream and let it simmer for few minutes.
  5. Add the chicken pieces and cook it in simmer for 10 minutes. Serve it hot with rice / parantha/nan Enjoy !!
