Chocolate Ganache Torte
Raw chocolate ganache torte is by far one of my favorite chocolate dessert recipe. This amazing recipe requires no baking or cooking of any sort. I have used Almond flour, agave nectar (can be substituted by sugar syrup), cocoa powder, almond butter and coconut oil. Once you try these torte you would never like the store bought version. Raw chocolate dessert have so much more flavor. This recipe is inspired by Wannabechef.

Ingredients
- For crust
- 6-7 tablespoon almond flour (you could grind at home too)
- 2 tablespoon sugar optional add if if you like more sweet
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon agave nectar
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil softened
- For Filling
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 7 tablespoon agave nectar
- 2 tablespoon almond butter
Instructions
- Ingredients
- Combine all of the crust ingredients and mix until a uniform dough forms
- Grease the pan and Press the dough in an even layer into the bottom of a baking pan.
- For the filling, beat together all of the ingredients until it makes a soft ganache.
- Pour the ganache over the crust base. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Sift extra cocoa powder over the torte. Cut with a sharp knife into 8 equal-sized tortes.
