Strawberry Banana Crepe
Strawberry Banana Crepes are a decadent yet easy to make. My husband had Nutella and strawberry crepes at the local cafe here and wanted to make these for kids too, so this is my husband creation I am just putting in words.  My boys loved it, you can never go wrong pairing nutella with strawberries or any other fruit anyway.

Ingredients
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- Nutella Hazel nut spread or any chocolate spread
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk Use more in required subs Milk
- 1 banana sliced
- handful Fresh Strawberry cut in pieces
- Whipping cream optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together buttermilk, sugar, baking soda and flour; beat until smooth. Cover and refrigerate15 minutes.
- heat a small non-stick pan with some butter on medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan, tilt the pan and turn so that the mixture evenly coats the entire bottom of the pan
- Cook until the top loses its gloss, which should only take a minute, then flip. The bottom should be golden.
Cook the other side for about 15 seconds and then slide out onto a plate.
Repeat with remaining batter.
- For filling spread the Nutella and spoon strawberry and banana at the center of the crepe roll it or just fold it.
Garnish with more berries and whipping cream.
Enjoy!
NOTE : You can cook the crepes the night before, refrigerate them with waxed paper in between, then fill and top them in the morning.
