Ingredients
- 2 cups Moong Dal (dry raosted and soaked)
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 5 green chillies chopped
- Cilantro Chopped
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tablespoon Semolina Flour (Sooji)
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper crushed
Instructions
- Soak moong dal in warm water for 30-45 mins. When it's properly soaked, grind it to form a smooth paste. Make sure that the paste is not over grinded.
- Now add salt, green chili, cumin, cilantro, black pepper, onion and semolina flour(Sooji). Mix well (add water if required)l. Make the vada of medium size or as per your liking.
- Heat oil in a skillet and deep fry the vadas till they are golden brown in color.
- Serve it Hot with Chutney. Tomato Chutney makes a great combination.
